Sewertronics' schattenfreie UV-LED-Lösung für Partielle Reparaturen
Die neuen QuickPatch UV LED von Sewertronics härten Vorgetränke matten für die Punktreparaturen von DN80 mm bis DN600 mm aus. Das leistungsstarke UV-LED-Design von QuickPatch beinhaltet eine bahnbrechende, schattenfreie Technologie, die eine vollständige Strahlungsreichweite auf die gesamte Oberfläche von Glasfaser-Harz matten gewährleistet. Das Design der UV-LED-Strahlung folgt den Strahlungs- und Kühlprinzipien unserer patentierten LED RIG UV-LED-Technologie. QuickPatch-Packer werden in einem 1 Meter langen Variante mit einer optionalen eingebetteten Kamera-Konfiguration präsentiert (UV-LED-Packer können individuell für Kunden gebaut werden, die Punktuelle-Reparaturen über 1 Meter Länge durchführen möchten. QuickPatch UV LED
Shadowless technology
Sewertronics’ shadowless technology delivers an homogeneus UV light exposure along 100% of the surface of the patch, ensuring a full-body curing of the laminate.
Diameter ranges: DN80 to DN600
QuickPatch UV LED is designed to cover a working range from DN80 to DN600.
4 packer sizes are available:
• DN80 – DN150
• DN100 – DN250
• DN300 – DN450
• DN450 – DN600
CCTV Camera
All QuickPatch UV LED packers can include, as an option, a fish-eye axial viewing camera, to support during the positioning and curing operations.
With the Vision Control package, the control unit is equipped with a 8’’ to display the images from the camera of each packer.
QuickPatch UV Lite version
The Lite version allows to cure the full range from DN80 – DN600, including a 50 m manual cable reel and a separate control unit.
Main options
• Vision control package: a 8’’ monitor and electronics to integrate CCD cameras in every curing packer.
• Go to the job-site Kit, 20 & 50 m. A Kit that includes all necessary accessories to position and bring compressed air to the UV packer.
QuickPatch UV Pro version
The Pro version allows to cure from DN80-DN600, including a 70 m reel with elastic hose of DN20 and air ducts to supply compressed air for packer inflation. Hose design integrates power supply cable and data communication wires to curing cores and CCD cameras. Packer can be positioned either pushing the white hose in or puling from the opposite manhole.
Go the job-site Kit
With Go to job-site 20 & 50 you would have everything you need to cure UV packers. This kit includes: small compressor, pressure regulator, manometer, 20 m (or 50 m) 1 1/2'' air hose, 20 m (or 50 m) of pushing rods (8 mm diameter, length 1.000 mm). Air filter and water separator. Option for QuickPatch Lite only.
Curing times: from 150 s to 4 min depending on the resin
Curing speed of a UV pack when exposed to a given UV light source, would be a function of the diameter of the patch, the UV power and the type of resin.
